{"id":1504,"date":"2022-10-27T10:02:43","date_gmt":"2022-10-27T08:02:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nfg-sendenhorst.de\/?p=1504"},"modified":"2022-11-05T10:13:05","modified_gmt":"2022-11-05T08:13:05","slug":"social-days-auf-hof-schmetkamp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nfg-sendenhorst.de\/?p=1504","title":{"rendered":"&#8222;Social Days&#8220; auf Hof Schmetkamp"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>&#8222;F\u00fcr uns von der NFG waren es zwei tolle Tage und es hat viel Freude gemacht mit den jungen Leuten zu arbeiten und ich glaube, sie hatten auch Spa\u00df daran&#8220;, fasste Maria Wiggers, Vorstandsmitglied der NFG, ihre Eindr\u00fccke von den vergangenen zwei Tagen zusammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Vorstand bedankt sich ganz herzlich bei den rund 90 Auszubildenden der VEKA AG und deren Betreuer f\u00fcr ihren Einsatz im Rahmen der Aktion &#8222;Social Days&#8220;. Der Dank gilt auch den Mitarbeitern der NABU f\u00fcr deren fachkundige Begleitung, sowie dem st\u00e4dtischen Bauhof f\u00fcr die Bereitstellung und Betreuung des H\u00e4ckslers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Stichwortartig seien hier die Ergebnisse des Einsatzes genannt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>beide T\u00fcmpel sind freigeschnitten worden,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>das angefallenen Holz wurde geh\u00e4ckelt und auf dem gesamten Gel\u00e4nde incl. Balancierparcour verteilt,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Sonnenuhr zwischen T\u00fcmpel und Scheune ist freigelegt worden,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Wildblumenwiese wurde zum Teil gem\u00e4ht,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pflanzl\u00f6cher f\u00fcr die Anpflanzung von Obstb\u00e4umen wurden ausgehoben,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00fcll aus dem T\u00fcmpel und aus dem Bachlauf ist entfernt worden,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>der vermoderte Holztisch vor der Scheune ist entfernt worden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8222;Social Days&#8220; s<\/strong>ind eine Form des Corporate Volunteering, das in der Literatur \u00fcberwiegend mit \u201ebetriebliche Freiwilligenprogramme\u201c oder \u201eF\u00f6rderung des Mitarbeiterengagements\u201c \u00fcbersetzt wird, bezeichnet im Allgemeinen den Einsatz von Humanressourcen eines Unternehmens f\u00fcr gemeinn\u00fctzige Zwecke, welcher \u00fcber das origin\u00e4re Kerngesch\u00e4ft hinausgeht.
